Eric G. Jensen

Eric Jensen is an experienced product liability attorney and manages our Springfield, Missouri office. Mr. Jensen practices as a personal injury lawyer in serious injury and death cases.  In the last 28 years, he has tried numerous first chair jury cases in state and federal courts.

Mr. Jensen devotes his practice exclusively to helping victims of auto defects, car accidents, semi-truck accidents, defective products, and other negligence litigation resulting in wrongful death or catastrophic injury.

Mr. Jensen earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from William Jewell College. He then studied at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, winning the Sheridan Appellate Advocacy Award, granted to the top appellate advocate in the law school. He was also named to the Order of Barristers and was selected for the Law Review. Jensen graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1994.

Among his numerous awards, Mr. Jensen was named in Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers in products liability from 2012 to the present, and has been named to Best Lawyers in America.  Eric is licensed in Missouri, Kansas, and Texas.  He is also admitted in federal courts in many other states.
