Timothy L. Sifers is an experienced personal injury attorney and manages our Kansas City office. He has over 22 years of litigation experience working on personal injuries and death from motor vehicles and semi-truck accidents, medical malpractice and nursing home negligence, and defective products all over the nation. He also handles complex first-party insurance claims for businesses and people that have been wrongfully refused insurance payments.
Tim graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in Kansas City. In law school, Tim earned top awards from the American Bar Association National Trial Competition and the Order of Barristers for his work in trial and appellate advocacy. Tim has been listed in Missouri/Kansas SuperLawyers since 2013 and in the Best Lawyers in America. Tim is licensed in Missouri, Kansas, Texas, and New Mexico. He is also admitted in federal courts in many other states.
